IBEW Local 2321 Members and Allies Rally for a Fair Contract
IBEW Members Rally for a Fair Contract With Verizon
On Thursday, June 26th, IBEW members from Locals 2222, 2322, and 2325 rallied together with allies who came to support the IBEW and Verizon workers who are asking for a fair contract with Verizon. Verizon’s contract with telecommunications workers in New England is set to expire on Saturday August 2nd. The IBEW and CWA have just wrapped up four weeks of contract negotiations during which Verizon refused to talk about any local issues during bargaining. Negotiations are set to resume Monday, June 30th. IBEW Local 2321 will hold strike authorization votes in July. Click here to view photos from Thursday’s rally.
