Robert Haynes Talks with Jon Jennings about the Employee Free Choice Act

Senator John Kerry is coming out strong for the making the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) a law. The EFCA recently passed the House by a vote of 241 to 185 and will move on to the Senate. This proposed law would make fundamental changes to how union members currently join a union, a process which is grossly unfair and broken to the point where it's almost impossible for workers to win a union election.
