James EldridgeSince being sworn in to the House of Representatives to represent the 37th Middlesex district in 2002, James Eldridge has proven himself an effective leader, and a strong supporter of the issues most important to the working class. Rep. Eldridge has a 100% labor voting record. He has also worked hard on legislation that has increased state funds both to programs within the 37th Middlesex district, and to important programs throughout the state. Increased funding to schools, hospitals and local aid has been especially impressive during the past four years which have seen the state’s overall revenue diminish. James has also worked on repairing the state’s ailing revenue situation by voting to close corporate tax loopholes, and will continue to work to bring money back to the community, where it belongs.
