Recently Unemployed? Having Trouble Paying for Medicine?
Pfizer may be able to help you if you have recently become unemployed and are having difficulty paying for your persciption medications:
- Are you taking a Pfizer medicine?
- Have you recently become unemployed?
- Do you currently have no perscription coverage?
- Are you experiencing financial hardship?
A new program called Pfizer MAINTAIN (Medical Assistance for Those Who Are In Need) can help you get the perscriptions you need.
You or a loved one may be eligible if:
- You have become unemployed since January 1, 2009
- You have been taking a Pfizer medicine for at least 3 months prior to unemployment and enrollment into MAINTAIN
- You lack perscription drug coverage
- You are experiencing financial hardship
To get an application, call (866) 706-2400 or visit www.PfizerHelpfulAnswers.com to download a copy. If you are approved for the program, Pfizer will mail your perscription medications to your home FREE OF CHARGE for up to one year or until you become re-insured (whichever occurs first). More than 70 Pfizer medications are available through the program. Enrollment is open until December 31, 2009.
