Moms Demand Child Care

Child care in MA is among the most expensive in the country, yet Governor Baker has been sitting on $58 million in federal funding which could help thousands of Massachusetts families get affordable child care and improve job quality for caregivers.

Join moms and child care providers from the Care That Works coalition for a press conference on the State House steps and action to demand that Gov Baker use federal funds to: 1) Take families off the voucher waiting list, 2) Increase pay for child care providers, and 3) Expand child care access for families who work nonstandard schedules.
